P. Sean Morris is an authority on Intellectual Property Law and Trade Regulation. Currently a researcher, his scholarship focuses mainly on the interface of competition law and intellectual property and the law and economics of international economic law. He received a LLB in Jurisprudence from Russian Peoples Friendship University, Moscow in 2003, an LLM in International Law in 2004 from the University of Helsinki and a Licentiate in International Trade Law. He also completed a MSc in Intellectual Property Law at Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki. His current research focuses on Competition Law and Policy in International Trade and its Intellectaul Property Antecedents. Available to teach in the following areas: International and Comparative Competition Law; External Relations of the European Union; Intellectual Property Law; Comparative Law of Trademarks; International Business Transactions; Trade Regulation; Contemporary Problems of World Trade; Legal Problems of International Trade and Intellectual Property; and International Economic Law.
