Professor Beveridge practiced law with the New York City law firm of Kramer, Marx,
Greenlee & Backus and was chief legal officer of Amerace Corporation, a New York
Stock Exchange listed company. He is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and has
served as an expert witness in nationally significant cases in the field of corporate
law. Professor Beveridge received his A.B. and LL.B. from Harvard University and his
LL.M. from New York University.
