Perspective of Nanomaterials in Solar cell
Abstract
Reduc ing cost an d increa sing e±ci ency are the principal drive rs in photovo ltaic techn ology. Nanotechn ology has shown pa rticular promise since it can o®er solut ion to bo th problems either by impr oving th e existing technol ogies or helping to replac e them with alter native solutions. Nanomat erials can contribu te from di®eren t ways. The solar cell designs and enhan cements play impor tant role in their pe rforman ce and categor ized by the type of nanostr ucture util ized. Thi s review pap er focuses on di®er ent possi ble contri bution of nanomat erials in solar c ell and descri bes their promi sing role an d their obstacles.
