This book is a collection of the most significant legislation presently in force in Cyprus, including the Constitution of the Republic and a revised translation of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). It covers all major legal fields, including civil procedure, contract, tort and commercial law, company, trusts and bankruptcy law, family and succession law, land and planning law, ad- ministrative law and procedure, criminal law and procedure and employment law. The book includes both Republic-era and colonial-era legislation (officially translated into Greek from the English original and comprising many important texts of the English common law tradition) as in force in November 2017.
