Nelson Rodrigues Netto is Professor of Law and teaches Civil Procedure Law. He was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School in 2006. He received his Juris Doctor from the Faculdade de Direito da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and obtained in the same institution the titles of Doctor of Juridical Science (2005), Master of Laws - summa cum laude (2001) and Specialist in Civil Procedure Law (1997). Professor Rodrigues Netto has books, shorter works in collection and articles in periodicals mostly about civil procedure law. Besides the academic career he has been a lawyer for over than 20 years and is a senior partner at the law firm Rodrigues Netto Advogados Associados since 2002.
