Neeraj Sood, Ph.D., is an economist at RAND, faculty research fellow at NBER and the
managing editor of Forums for Health Economics and Policy. His prior work has focused on
the economics of innovation, economic epidemiology, healthcare financing and HIV/AIDS
policy. His work has been published in several peer-reviewed journals including the
Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Health Economics, Health Affairs, Journal of
Risk and Insurance, and Pediatrics.
