My name is Martin Menner, I am German, and I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from "Universitat Pompeu Fabra", Barcelona, Spain. After a 3-year appointment as visiting assistant professor at "Universidad Carlos III de Madrid" in Spain, I currently hold a position as visiting assistant professor at the Economics Department of "Universidad de Alicante", Spain. My fields of interest are: Monetary Theory and Policy (Search-Theory of Money, Central Banking, Financial Frictions), Macroeconomics (DSGE Models of the Business Cycle, Credit Cycles), and Applied Econometrics (Bayesian Estimation of DSGE models and VARs).
