Mikhail Koulikov is a Reference/Research Librarian at the New York Law Institute. He
writes on topics related to legal research, scholarly communication, social epistemology,
knowledge-sharing, and international popular culture. 

Professionally, Mr. Koulikov works using a wide range of online and print resources and
provides advanced legal, business and general reference, research, and document retrieval
services to library patrons from throughout the New York City-area legal community.
