Abstract
The City of Seattle Mayor's Office of Economic Development has contracted with the Upjohn Institute to provide advisory and facilitation services related to a City of Seattle Promise program. The Institute will provide consulting around program design options and implications, facilitate work group meetings, and provide a cost estimation and any follow up activities.
