BA LLB(Hons)(Qld) LLM PhD (Bond) Michael Weir has broad professional experience as a solicitor in private legal practice in commercial and property law. Academically he has published extensively on Land Law and Planning Law and is an author of Real Property Law in Queensland, LBC (2nd edition, 2004). His research interest in Medicine and the Law is reflected in the student textbook Complementary Medicine: Ethics and Law, Prometheus Publications in 2000 (second edition 2003).
