Dr. Michael Lock is the Chief of the Division of Radiation Oncology at the London Regional Cancer Program in the London Health Science Center. He is a staff radiation oncology consultant in the Department of Oncology. His previous positions include the Medical Director, Chair of the Breast Cancer Multidisciplinary Disease Site Team, Chair of the Radiation Oncology Provincial Advisory Committee and Southwest Regional Radiation Oncology Lead. In addition, he is an Associate Professor at Western University in the Schulich School of Medicine . He is cross-appointed as an Associate Professor in the Department of Medical Biophysics. He is also an Associate Scientist at the Lawson Health Research Institute.
