Michael is currently completing his final months of his PhD, the doctorate is on management looking at career commitment and motivation. Michael is also completing a Masters in Labour Law at the University of Sydney. After working in both commercial and private enterprise, and completing training as an Electronics Engineer with the Department of Defence, Michael started his own company, employing several staff, manufacturing, importing and exporting electronic systems. Michael completed a BComm (Hons) in 2002, and started his PhD shortly after.
