Professor Grynberg’s research focuses on trademark, copyright, and
telecommunications law. Before joining the OCU LAW faculty in Fall 2006, he practiced
telecommunications and appellate law in Washington, D.C. He also clerked for Chief Judge
Edward R. Becker on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in
Philadelphia, PA. 

Professor Grynberg received his B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) from Carleton College his J.D.
(Order of the Coif) from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served as
Articles Editor for the Virginia Law Review. He teaches Administrative Law, Copyright,
Intellectual Property Law, Property, and Trademark Law.
