I am a Professor at the Villanova University School of Law. I also serve on the Board of Directors of Creative Commons, Inc. My research focuses on intellectual property law and Internet-related topics. My law degree is from the Georgetown University Law Center and my undergraduate degree in Anthropology is from the University of Chicago.
