Substantiality of television broadcasts in Australia

Abstract
This article deals with Australian copyright law discussing copyright in broadcasts. Particular reference is made to the so-called 'Panel case' which is the first Australian case mentioning the substantiality test as the criterion of infringement of copyright in television broadcasts.
