Matthew Xerri is a researcher in the Southern Cross Business School and currently holds an Australian Postgraduate Award. He has a Bachelor of Business Management(First class Honours) from Griffith University and is currently undertaking a PhD researching innovative behaviour within the context of Australian nursing employees. He has received a number of awards for his studies including three academic awards for excellence from Griffith university. His research interests include two foci: the examination of how employee innovative behaviour can be facilitated and the second focus examines the usefulness of workplace relationships in developing organisational efficiency. Matthew is also involved in research through the Cooperative Research Centre for Infrastructure and Engineering Asset Management (CIEAM), at Southern Cross University. Matthew is also a reviewer for the International Journal of Innovation Management.
