Abstract
Payments innovators are working to empower small business owners with a deeper understanding of their market opportunities.  These analytics are based on anonymous and aggregated payments data.  This help for small businesses with payments-based analytics may be impacted by certain kinds of regulatory intervention.  Where will the lines be drawn between beneficial data analytics and regulatory interventions?  How can industry meet concerns being raised in the United States and abroad about privacy?  Come explore the developing benefits and potential pitfalls of analytics with this panel presenting industry, domestic, and international perspectives.
