Marian has taught at both the secondary and tertiary levels. She has also worked as an
Instructional Designer, TV Talk Show Host, Sales Rep for 3M Company, and Program Manager
of the Distance Ed Satellite Network. 

Marian’s dissertation research was in brain-based learning strategies. She is also very
interested in active/kinaesthetic learning, mind mapping, strategies for learning, and
experiential learning
