Abstract

Consumer information is one of the most important and popular tools in consumer policy and protection, and will be for the foreseeable future. It is “important” because of its role in correcting imbalances in communication (whether of a commercial nature or not) and enabling consumers to make transactional decisions based on their own preferences and needs.
