Development of the Freedom of Religion in Tanzania
Abstract
Freedom of Religion is essentially one of the basic freedoms that any human being should be entitled to, Tanzania a state with practically great access to Freedom of Religion, has had a long but challenging development of the Freedom of Religion as a Constitutional right. This paper looks at this gradual development with a view of determining how much the freedom of religion is provided as a constitutional right.
