The next generation of aviation professionals (NGAP) entering the aviation industry today represent a new generation of learners which requires us to look beyond our tradition training methods. In recent years we have seen an increase in the use of virtual, augmented and mixed reality (MR) to enhance aviation operations and training and engage students. Through the integration of these technologies we can help meet the evolving learning styles of new and current generations, allowing students to demonstrate proficiency in 3D learning outcomes while meeting future training and operational demands.
