Lisa Lines is a health services research associate at RTI International and a doctoral student at University of Massachusetts Medical School. At RTI, she is affiliated with the Aging, Disability, and Long-term Care Program. At UMass, she is a student in the Clinical and Population Health Research program in the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences, where her current research focuses on international health expenditures, payment reform, and algorithms for predicting health service utilization and spending.
