Greetings! I'm the IT Services Coordinator at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois where I manage the university's Help Desk as well as the Service & Repair division for personally owned computers. I've worked at Illinois Wesleyan University since 1989 and in the office of Information Technology since 1996. I've supervised students in various roles and degrees my entire career at Illinois Wesleyan. My student supervisory experience has grown both in numbers and methodology over the last several years. My personal beliefs and practice of developing students and student teams has increased the level of service, effectiveness and long-term reliability of student support at Illinois Wesleyan. My passion is developing students and student teams.
