About Korina Jocson

My areas of interest include youth literacies and cultural studies, digital media technologies and learning across settings, critical methodologies, race and ethnic studies, and radical women of color feminisms. Publications include books, articles, chapters, essays, and creative works on such topics as writing, storying/kuwento, poetic inquiry, new media literacies, and pedagogical possibilities in K-12 schools and university contexts. Several experimental media projects have also been produced as part of my scholarship. I have collaborated with various partners in education and through relationships continue to serve public schools and community-based organizations.
