Kimberly Alderman is the owner of the Alderman Law Firm, a Madison-based firm
serving all of Wisconsin. The Alderman Law Firm practices in the areas of appeals,
collections, and litigation. For appeals, both civil and criminal appellate services are
offered, both directly to the public and to attorneys via subcontract. For collections,
both pre- and post-judgment services are offered, in effect both contract and judgment
enforcement. For litigation, limited services are offered to the public, but substantial
work is done on a consulting basis for attorneys and firms with an appreciation for
higher end contract work.
