Description
Institute staff will conduct an evaluation of the 21st Century Workplace Skills Initiative for the Indiana Dept. of Workforce Development (DWD). The evaluation consists of four major tasks: 1) A literature review will be completed to initiate the evaluation study; this includes a literature review of grantee proposals. 2) Site visits and participant surveys will be conducted. A baseline report will be drafted which includes short profiles of all funded projects as well as quantitative analysis from pre-training assessments and participant survey data. 3) Ongoing site visits and analysis of assessment data will be conducted to refine statistical analysis of the outcome data. Wage record data will also be analyzed to provide productivity and labor market outcome results. 4) A final report will be issued which includes a completion of the analysis and focuses on in-depth case studies of each of the models.
