Starting with the inaugural year of the Charleston School of Law in 2004, Kevin Eberle taught legal writing as an adjunct professor for two years at the school before joining the faculty fulltime in 2006 as the interim director of legal writing. He is now a full-time Legal Writing Professor. A former member of the editorial board of The South Carolina Lawyer, Eberle previously had a commercial litigation and appellate practice at Rosen, Rosen & Hagood, LLC, in Charleston, S.C. A former member of the editorial board of The South Carolina Lawyer, Eberle previously had a commercial litigation and appellate practice at Rosen, Rosen & Hagood, LLC, in Charleston, S.C. from 1995 through 2006. Eberle holds a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the College of William and Mary. He is a past associate editor-in-chief of the University of South Carolina Law Review. He also is a member of the board of directors of the Preservation Society of Charleston and is on the board of directors of the College of William and Mary Alumni Club. He serves as president of the Hampton Park Terrace Neighborhood Association.
