Kerri MacDonald moved from Ontario, Canada to New York City with one goal: to tell stories. Since then, she’s been doing her best to turn the city into words and images. Kerri's a student at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, where she's studying urban journalism with a focus on print and interactive reporting. She's an intern at Lens, the photojournalism blog at the New York Times. She's also a member of the CUNY team working on the The Local, a hyperlocal New York Times blog in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
