Kent Randell is College Archivist at St. Mary's College of Maryland. In addition to processing collections and creating new finding aids, he is currently working on updating the existing college records management and archival collections database into into EAD (Encoded Archival Description) .xml documents using the Archivists' Toolkit software. The manuscript collection finding aids will also aim to be compliant with DACS (Describing Archives: A Content Standard).
