About Kenneth Kowalski

Following graduation from law school. Prof. Kowalski clerked for the Honorable Judge John D. Holschuh of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He then practiced law, specializing in employment discrimination and other civil rights litigation. He also served as General Counsel to The Housing Advocates, Inc., a not-for-profit public interest organization which represents low and moderate income persons and community groups in discrimination and other housing matters. He worked with the Employment Law Clinic beginning in 1989 and served as Director of the Clinic from 2006 until his retirement.

In addition to the Employment Law Clinic, Professor Kowalski teaches the Trial Advocacy and Employment Discrimination courses.
