Qualifications Doctor of Philosophy - Monash University Master of Business - University of Southern Queensland Diploma in Education - University of Queensland Graduate Diploma in Management - Central Queensland University Bachelor of Arts - University of Queensland Ken Parry FAIM FAHRI is a Professor of Leadership and Director of the Centre for Leadership Studies, at Bond University. Prior to that he was Professor of Management at Griffith Business School and Founding Director of the Centre for the Study of Leadership in Wellington, New Zealand. He conducted two national surveys and has trained more than 900 managers in executive development programmes. He has researched, studied and consulted in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Europe and South-East Asia. He has written 7 books, mainly on the topic of leadership. Ken is Founding Editor of the Journal of Management & Organization, the research journal of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management. Ken has had nine years of experience in the manufacturing industry as an inventory manager prior to entering academia.
