Kelsey Keyes joined the faculty of Albertsons Library at Boise State University in
2012. She graduated with her master’s of library science from the University of Illinois
at Urbana Champaign. Kelsey also has a master’s in English Literature from the University
of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and two bachelor of arts degrees, in English Literature
and French, from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. From 2010-2012 Kelsey was the
Assistant Librarian at the College of Idaho’s N.L. Terteling Library, while also working
part-time as an adjunct librarian at Boise State. She enjoys developing and teaching
discipline-specific library instruction and collaborating with faculty to create
assignments that effectively integrate the library into coursework. Kelsey’s work with
state and regional associations has included serving on the Southwest Idaho Library
Association Conference Planning Committee in 2010-2011, and as Vice-President/President
Elect of the Pacific Northwest Library Association for 2012-2013.
