Professor Stoner was an instructor and director of the Native American Law Project
at the University of North Dakota Law School prior to joining the OCU LAW faculty. She
has authored several tribal codes and domestic violence codes for federally recognized
tribes and functioned as a consultant for the American Bar Association’s Domestic
Violence Committee in areas involving Native Americans. 

Professor Stoner received her B.A. degree from Penn State University and her J.D. degree
from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She teaches American Indian Law and
Domestic Violence and the Lawyer.
