Abstract
This presentation shares takeaways from a unique model of teacher preparation and professional development that draws on research in co-teaching, PLCs, disciplinary AL development, and cognitive-based coaching. Findings have important implications for preparing pre-service and in-service teachers to attend to the AL development and learning needs of their EL students.
