About Kasuen Mauldin, PhD, RD

Dr. Mauldin received her PhD in Molecular and Biochemical Nutrition from University of California, Berkeley and completed her dietetics training at University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. Research areas of interest: applied nutrition and metabolism, clinical nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, nutrition assessment (body anthropometry, indirect calorimetry, dietary intake), non-dieting approaches to health, interdisciplinary education.
