Welcome! I am pleased to serve as University Librarian and Professor at Illinois
Wesleyan University Ames Library. Prior to coming to IWU in August, 2007, I worked for
many years at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, mainly in the areas of
collections development and library acquisitions, and also taught at the Graduate School
of Library & Information Science at UIUC. My research interests embrace collection
development, including print and digital collections; library history; and library
acquisitions.
