I am the Collections Analysis Librarian at the University of Iowa, where I have worked since 2003. My current position involves collections budget analysis, resource selection and analysis, and scholarly communication outreach, with a focus on author rights. I have a particular interest in scholarly publishing trends and processes and the relationships between libraries, publishers and authors. I am the current editor of the journal Collection Management (published by Routledge) and serve as an editorial board member for the open access journal Publications.
