Professor van Ingen has over 21 years of experience as a litigator, arbitrator and mediator, with a focus in institutional and retail securities transactions and class actions, commercial contracts, partnerships and joint ventures, and employment disputes, among other areas. She is a Special Master in the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court, and since 1988, a National Faculty Member of the American Arbitration Association. She has maintained a solo practice sine 1980, prior to which she was Vice President, Senior Counsel at Paine Webber, Inc.
