Bill Conger has practiced law in Oklahoma for 39 years and is currently the General
Counsel of Oklahoma City University and a member of the faculty at the OCU School of Law
where he teaches Trial Practice, Law Practice Management, and Complex Litigation. He is a
founding partner of the Oklahoma City law firm of Hartzog Conger Cason and Neville.
Bill is a past president of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar
Association and was a trustee of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation. He is a Fellow in the
American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Law Institute.
