Bartosh v. Easton Hospital
This is an Opinion that I drafted for the Honorable Michael J. Koury, Jr., while serving as his judicial law clerk. The opinion discusses and resolves the motions in limine filed by the parties to a major medical malpractice action, which sought to preclude the introduction of or limit the admissibility of certain pieces of evidence.
