Abstract

This is an Opinion that I drafted for the Honorable Michael J. Koury, Jr., while serving as his judicial law clerk. The opinion addresses the Omnibus Pre-trial Motion filed by a capital defendant, which sought, inter alia, to suppress defendant's pre-trial statements to police and to remove the possibility of imposition of the death penalty.
