Abstract

the operating mode of the WTO, the rules of negotiations... impose on its members (in particular on the EC and the EC Member States) the requirement of adapting their institutional law in the field of the commercial policy are all measures that would guarantee the effectiveness of its participation in the governance of the international trade.
