Abstract
In recent decades, tort law has positioned itself as the legal remedy par excellence to be applied against the injury of individual interests. However, gradually, a very different form of reaction to the injury of individual interests has been gaining relevance in various national laws. In this article, the author wants to show how this figure, which is known by the nomen of compensation funds, has been regulated within the Peruvian legal system
