Assistant Professor
Dr. Jorge L. D. Albelo is an assistant professor of aeronautical science at the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Daytona Beach Campus. Prior to joining the ERAU family, Dr. Albelo worked as a certified flight instructor and check airman for a part 141 school. After acquiring over 2,000 hrs as a CFI, Dr. Albelo transitioned to work for a Part 91 operator. Later on, he joined a Part 121 regional airline in which he spent most of his tenure as captain.
