Abstract
Andrew Ferrari was the first Vincentian to die in the United States (1822) after Felix DeAndreis (1820). Ferrari's brief and virtuous life is not well known. Joseph Rosati is the presumed author, and his account weaves together his recollections, original letters, and some printed material.
