Dr. John R. Mullin is the Dean of the Graduate School, Director of the Center for Economic Development, and a Professor in the Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning Department at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. His research and professional interests focus upon industrial revitalization, port development and downtown planning. A Senior Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Mullin has written or edited over 100 book chapters, book reviews, technical reports, journal articles, and conference proceedings. He is a retired Brigadier General from the United States Army National Guard.
