John Gottfried is the Reference Services Coordinator and Business Librarian for WKU Libraries. John is the co-author (along with fellow WKU librarian Katherine Pennavaria) of Providing Reference Services: A Practical Guide for Librarians. He is a peer-review for College & Research Libraries and has also published articles in leading library science journals including the Journal of Academic Librarianship, College & Research Libraries News, and the Journal of Business and Finance Librarianship.
