I'm an Assistant Professor at Western University who studies the video game
industry. I like to research everything about the workers who make video games - their
working conditions, their occupational identity, their engagement in individual and
collective action to improve their jobs, the representation of women in the
industry...and more! 

I also have a number of other research projects on the go. A major one has to do with
pension board governance and the representation of labour on pension boards. 

I've also written about underemployment and pregnancy leave.
