Hello, in the spring (2007), I completed my PhD in sociology from Ohio State University. I am currently a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation - Health and Society Scholar at the Institute for Social and Economic Research and Policy at Columbia University. Starting in August 2009, I will join the faculty in the School of Social and Family Dynamics at Arizona State University. My work focuses primarily on social networks as they pertain to (1) information diffusion within and across organizations and (2) the spread and control of infectious diseases.
