Leadership in Post-Compulsory Education: Inspiring Leaders of the Future
Abstract
Based around ten case studies of current leaders in post-compulsory education, this book explores a number of leadership models and styles in order to provide inspiration and guidance for the next wave of potential leaders. Leaders were interviewed during 2004-05 in a series of semi-structured interviews.
